Zico Junius Fernando, Dr., S.H., M.H. Is a researcher, writer, legal consultant, mediator and Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Bengkulu, is one of the Founders and Administrators of the Association of Criminal Law & Criminology Lecturers (ASPERHUPIKI), Chairman of the DPD Criminal Law & Criminology Society (MAHUPIKI) of Bengkulu Province, serves as Head of Public Relations at the Indonesian Victimology Lecturers Association (APVI), Anti-Corruption Counselor at the Main Level of the LSP KPK RI, Member of the Association of Legal Laboratories and Clinics, Member of the Pancasila and Citizenship Lecturers Association, Member/Reviewer of the Indonesian Community Service Lecturers Association.

He is the 1st Village Head of Diponegoro University Village, Recipient of the Indonesian Education Scholarship (BPI) of Diponegoro University, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nusantara Scholars, Association of Recipients and Alumni of the Indonesian Education Scholarship. Has diverse professional experience in the legal field.

Previously served as a Senior Lawyer at R & A Law Firm. Then, between 2017 and 2019, he served as Regional Secretary of the Bengkulu Province DPW at the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) of the Perindo Party of Bengkulu Province. In addition, he has served as a lawyer at several legal aid institutions, including LBH Bumi Rafflesia and LBH Swarna Bhumi. He has worked as a lawyer at Wicaksono & Co Advocates. Furthermore, from 2017 to 2019, he founded and served as a Senior Lawyer at Iskandar Fernando & Fellas Law Office. Legal Consultant at PT. Lancar Abadi Sekawan and became a Legal Advisor at Iskandar & Fellas Law Firm, a partner at Pandhega Baksya Law Firm, a partner at SMF Partnership Law Office.
