Ahmad Sabirin

Ahmad Sabirin is graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti. He published 2 books Academic Constitutional Drafting of Republic of Indonesia entitled “Evaluasi Terhadap Undang-undang Dasar Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945” 2020 and entitled “Rancangan Perubahan Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945” 2021 published by Indonesian Consultative Assembly Press.

He has also presented his paper at several international conferences in several universities which is in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Netherlands, Boston (USA), New York (USA), Philippines, and Indonesia. He has also, been on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Amicus Curiae at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti. In addition, he become of reviewer in several journals in Indonesia and board.

His research interest lies in constitutional and administrative law; energy, green economy, environmental, climate law, and SDGs; and anti-trust, competition, and economics law.
